Exclusive Direct Booking Benefits — Terms & Conditions
Guests who book directly with The Falls at Manuel Antonio enjoy exclusive benefits designed to make their stay even more memorable.
1. Eligibility
- Direct booking benefits are available to guests who reserve accommodations through The Falls’ official website.
- Reservations made through third-party booking platforms, including Booking.com, Expedia, and other online travel agencies (OTAs), are not eligible.
- Benefits are available to registered guests included in the qualifying reservation.
- Benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. Complimentary Welcome Drink (alcohol)
- Each registered guest receives one complimentary welcome drink per stay (alcoholic).
- Alcoholic beverages must be selected from our designated welcome drink menu, which features a selection of drinks from our Happy Hour menu.
- Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests of legal drinking age.
- The complimentary drink is redeemable during the guest’s stay at Medusa Restaurant.
- The benefit is limited to one drink per registered guest, regardless of the number of nights booked.
3. Medusa Restaurant — 20% Discount
- Guests who book directly receive 20% off their second dining visit to Medusa Restaurant during the same hotel stay.
- The discount applies to eligible food items ordered during the second restaurant visit.
- Alcoholic beverages are excluded from the discount.
- Guests will receive a discount card explaining the benefit and its conditions.
- The card must be presented when redeeming the discount.
- The discount cannot be combined with other restaurant promotions or special offers.
- The benefit is valid only during the qualifying hotel stay.
4. El Santuario Adventures — 15% Discount
- Guests who book directly receive 15% off El Santuario Canopy Adventure Tour and El Santuario Horseback Riding Tour.
- The discount applies to each registered guest included in the hotel reservation.
- All discounted tour reservations must be booked through The Falls hotel team.
- Discounts apply to the regular published tour prices.
- All tours are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety requirements, and applicable participation restrictions.
- Tour discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
5. Stay & Experience Packages
- The Falls also offers accommodation packages featuring activities at El Santuario.
- Packages that include canopy or horseback riding tours provide the specified tours for two guests, as described in the selected package.
- Additional registered guests receive 15% off the applicable tour price when their tours are arranged through The Falls.
- The 15% discount does not apply to tours already included in the package price.
- Discounts cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions.
- Package inclusions, accommodation arrangements, and applicable conditions will be specified at the time of booking.
6. General Conditions
- Benefits are valid only during the guest’s qualifying hotel stay.
- Unused benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another reservation, or carried forward to a future stay.
- Discounts and promotional benefits cannot be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable package terms.
- The Falls reserves the right to modify or discontinue these benefits for future reservations. Benefits confirmed at the time of booking will be honored according to the terms applicable to that reservation.
